Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

International Shipping

We ship globally, excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your items. This gives you adequate time to ensure your workwear meets your professional standards.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be in original, unworn condition
  • All original tags and labels must be attached
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Balaclavas (due to hygiene considerations)
  • Base Layers (intimate apparel for hygiene reasons)
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Submit Your Request: Complete the Return/Exchange Request Form and email it to our customer service team
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days
  3. Ship Your Items: Package your items securely and include the RMA number on the outside of the package
  4. Send to Our Facility: Ship your return to our distribution center at the address provided in your RMA confirmation
  5. Processing: Once received, we’ll process your return or exchange within 3-5 business days

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Returns due to our error: Free return shipping
  • Returns for change of mind: Customer pays return shipping
  • Exchanges for size/color: We cover one-way shipping for the replacement item

Refund Information

Refund Processing Time: 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned items

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method through our secure payment processors:
